Tertiary sector

Hotels, accommodation, retail, offices and services.

NOTE

Common equipment in hotels and retail

We assess heat pumps, replaced boilers, chillers, condensing units, cold rooms and cabinets, LED lighting, BACS, pumps, drives, ventilation and solar thermal systems for hot water or pools.

The sheet depends on actual use, not the site’s commercial label. We record schedules, occupancy, services, initial inventory, equipment references and staged acceptance where works continue during operation.
