Method

A visible process, from the very first document.

Each phase ends with a clear decision: proceed, complete information, or discard the operation.

SCENARIOS

Official sheets and application sectors

MITECO maintains the public framework and catalogue of standardised CAE sheets. Each code defines a scope, calculation and evidence: referring to a sheet does not by itself confirm an operation’s eligibility.

CASE / 01

Residential sector

RES022 covers refurbishment of uninhabitable lofts or attic spaces; RES060, replacement of a combustion boiler with a heat pump; and RES040, automation and control in homes and residential buildings.

NOTE

Important

Submitting an intervention does not guarantee its eligibility, validation or valuation.

The outcome depends on the requirements in force, the quality of the evidence and the involvement of the authorised parties within the CAE scheme.
