RES040 covers BACS, RES220 double-flow ventilation with heat recovery, and RES230 humidity-controlled single-flow ventilation.
We assess facade, roof and floor insulation, windows, heat pumps, solar thermal collectors, BACS and heat-recovery ventilation. Before removal, we record nameplates, configuration, energy source, location and initial condition.
For condominiums, we also verify the collective scope, the association decision, ownership of the saving and consistency between invoices, photographs, commissioning and installed equipment.
